Anjan K Sinha is an accomplished productivity advisor with more than 35 years of rich industrial experience and an internationally acclaimed LEAN manufacturing coach. Prior leading the Industrial Productivity advisory services at EWX, he was the Director & Head of Energy Management of the National Productivity Council, an autonomous consulting & advisory body of the Government of India, where he had worked as Principal Consultant for the GoI in successful implementation of the Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (APDRP, 2001) & Restructured APDRP (R-APDRP, 2008) and as master trainer of 3L (Life Long Learning) Programme for Indian power sector.
His sectoral expertise includes techno-managerial consulting, training and program implementation in energy efficiency, energy conservation, energy management, covering all Energy Intensive Industry sectors including thermal power generation & distribution, commercial buildings & establishments.
He has advised top public sector companies in India on strategic process productivity management to drive growth through the use of differentiated optimisation strategies and delivered more than 1000 hours of trainings in resource management, business process productivity and workflow management. He was one of the founding body members of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency and has Led more than 100+ Energy Management Projects across the Indian subcontinent.
