Primary Purpose of The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented, inquisitive individual who enjoys coming up with innovative solutions? Then, this going to be a right platform for you. You will be conducting an in-depth research on emerging technologies and working policies of various energy management and sustainability projects and articulating their impacts in writing and supporting the core lead technical members and other internal stakeholders with distinctive insights.

Key Accountabilities:
- Researching and identifying solutions for assigned issues.
- Reporting and presenting market insights to support the core technical team and highlight distinctive point of view.
- Generating weekly progress reports and provide daily status update.
- Demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct and competence.
Key Challenges:
- This role requires a steep learning curve, and ability to handle long working hours.
- This role requires strict discipline of time management & work delivery.
- Since we are a start-up, everything is DIY here. You may have to take up additional responsibilities (other than what is mentioned above) from time to time based on the organisational requirement.
Recommended Minimum Qualification:
- Graduate, post-graduate or undergraduate in engineering, design, literature, liberal studies, commerce, & sciences
Required Skills:
We will consider that you have already learnt the basics of your concerned specialization field. This will help continuing with a smooth learning curve.

- General understanding of the energy, water & carbon markets.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation surrounding energy efficiency and carbon emissions.
- IT skills, including professional level proficiency of Office Productivity Software.
Track
Standard internship period: 2 months
Apprenticeship would be offered to a few selected high performing candidates at the discretion of the management. The apprenticeship would be fully paid one with additional project based incentives.

As a research intern, you would be part of any of the academic & research projects of the organisation. We prefer not to involve interns for any kind of commercial and live projects if we do not find them extremely capable of handling such. However, if you can make it to the apprenticeship, you would be assigned to the actual projects team to work on live projects.
Mode & Compensation
The principal mode of the internship would be remote or in-person.
A fixed stipend + performance based incentives would be offered during the internship. The fixed stipend would vary based on remote or in-person engagement. The exact amount of fixed stipend would be decided based upon the credibility and capability of the applicant.
We believe that there are no free lunches in this world. We would offer incentives for your deliveries which would be used by us in any sort of commercial projects.
